Located on Hurstmere Road, with eye-watering views of the sea and onwards to Rangitoto, our Takapuna team is perfectly placed to support our local North Shore clients. 

Our team almost exclusively live on the North Shore – from Devonport all the way up to The Bays and across to Northcote. This means we don’t only sell local – we live, breathe, work and play local as well. This gives our Takapuna team the ability to deeply understand the local market and unique elements that come with buying, selling and living on the North Shore. In addition to this, over 50% of the Ray White Takapuna team have joined us from small independent agencies so they really have vast experience and industry know-how on different service offerings and how to get the best out of them. This knowledge also means that we consistently deliver results for our clients, and ensure an exceptional customer experience is core to everything we do.
