Now is a great time to get your property valued or listed - demand has never been higher
We have delivered over 350 digital appraisals since lockdown - that is an average of 10 a day! We know that lockdowns increase buyer enquiries and dwell time online dramatically grows. Our sales team will work with you to do a comprehensive online review of your property and our compliance team supports with a comprehensive and full disclosure from the seller. Digital appraisals can be followed up with a physical one once we move down to Level 2 too.
When you choose to list, we have a completely contactless admin process to ensure you stay safe. And if you are eager to buy a property we have listed, Level 3 doesn’t stop you from carrying out purchaser due diligence or pre-settlement inspections. The same safety rules apply to those listed above with property viewings though, so please liaise with our sales team to learn more.
If you buy a home, congratulations! The good news is that settlement and moving can all occur under Levels 1, 2 and 3 - this includes those moving between regions if it’s a permanent relocation of home or business.
